Everyone is selling travel bagpacks but most people just need a bag for tuesday. Willow is that bag. It’s designed for the minimalist who believe less is more. It houses your laptop, daily essentials in a padded, secure flap-top built to handle the city and the random rains that come with it

DELIVERY:

Good things take time (not too much though).
We offer free shipping across India within 5-7 days.

For International orders, standard shipping charges apply and we expect it to reach within 8-12 days (depends on which part of the globe you’re in)

Please Note: We try our best to capture the natural hues of our colors, but screens can be moody and lighting can be tricky. The color might vary just a tiny bit from your screen to your doorstep.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

We want you to love what you ordered, but if your order isn’t a perfect fit, we have a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. (We want every product to have a life, not just a shelf)

We deduct a small fee (Rs 300) during refund because carbon footprints are real, and we’re trying to keep ours tiny.

If you'd rather exchange it, your first exchange is on us.

Whether it’s another colour or a whole new product, just write to us at hellomaywe@gmail.com and we’ll take it forward.

In the rare case something arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 3 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement right away.

Returns and exchanges must include original packaging, tags, and invoice in good condition.
